1) Candidate should be a Graduate / MBA with 3-7 years of Hard Core Sales Experience.
2) Age 25 29 Years
3) Candidate will responsible for achieving assigned revenue targets through admissions, counseling, handling customer queries, holding presentations, generating data base through various field promotional activities, market research and competition analysis.
4) Should have excellent communication and selling skills.
5) Must poses Sales Experience of not less than 3 Yrs in Education/ Retail industry
6) Ready to travel if required for sales training at Delhi/Mumbai and marketing activities / holding presentations in nearby areas of respective location.
7) Rs. 20 K - Rs. 25 K CTC + Incentive and can be given till 27k ctc if candidate is really capable
8) Should be excellent in Microsoft Office, especially Excel and Power point.
9) Should be a Team Player, Motivator & a good Leader.
10) Should have Fire & Hunger for Sales and should be a consistent High performer.
11) Candidates from Education Background would be preferred.
12) Should have been stable in previous organization with proven track record. Should not be a job hopper.
