PFA Chandigarh is running hospitals, gaushallas, ambulance services for street animals. In addition to this a series of animal welfare and environment related projects and activities are undertaken by the Organization. It will be the responsibility of the Resource Manager to mobilize funding for the execution of the said projects. This would entail interaction with the corporate sector for sponsorship of fund raisers and other community projects.

- Candidate should have some experience in the social welfare sector or a keen interest to work in the sector.

- Good communication skills with a good command over English and Hindi would be required.

- The job would entail regular interaction with people from various sections of the society, hence the candidate should have good interactive skills with a strong ability to motivate and involve people in the various activities & schemes of the Organization.

- The candidate should have good management skills and abilities as he/ she will also have to overlook the execution of the activities and projects that would be undertaken o generate funding for the Organization.

- The candidate should have the determination and focus to achieve the monthly targets
