Manager - L, 7 - 9 years exp, Bengaluru/Bangalore

We are looking for a Manager in HR who would be the responsible for managing all learning and development related activities in South.

ROLE & RESPONSIBILITIES


Managing the L&D relationship with the business


The role will have an important component of acting as as relationship manager for specified business unit or units.


This would involve leading the needs analysis activity, driving developmental initiates and managing a variety of stakeholders.


The L&D leader would also need to contribute to overall shaping of the talent development strategy of the business.


Content design:


Content would need to be designed and customized on an ongoing basis.


This would be an outcome of the needs analysis discussions as well as real time requests. Range of content could range from basic to mid level manager courses.


Training delivery:


Conduct sessions as a part of the new hire induction program called KIN. Deliver enabling/behavioral skills training like email writing, presentation skills, business etiquette, leadership presence and performance development.


Range of courses to be delivered would be extensive will be constantly evolving. Courses would need to be run across our offices in south- Bangalore, Chennai and Hyderabad


E Learning Lead:


Person holding the role will also lead the effort around consolidation, design and roll out of e-learning modules for the India business.


Training MIS:


Analyze and interpret the MIS reports, create dashboards for stakeholders


Do training evaluation for milestone, sector, advisory, consultancy and technical training


Interact with various departments to share the feedback received from the participants of the trainings to highlight the grey areas.


Monthly & Quarterly dashboard creation for presenting training utilization data band wise and process wise


The Individual Should have


8 -11 years of overall experience, preferably in training


At least 5 years of core enabling/soft skills training delivery experience


Proven experience in content design is a must, some sort of Instructional Design Certification would be an added advantage


Excellent communication skills


QUALIFICATION


Full time Masters ( MBA ) with specialization in Human Resources from a reputed and accredited college/University..


Additional certification in training is an added advantage.
