1. Sound liaisoning procedures in dealing with government authorities and other related departments for various sanctions/permissions relating to set up of manufacturing unit, land acquisitions, etc. and to handle pre-project sanction procedures with departments like EB, Civil, Infrastructure.
2. Responsible for coordination on all expansion and dealing with brokers etc. in acquisition of properties
3. PR and liaisoning on behalf of the region
Should have got exposure of handling all statutes for a process industry and thorough with all local S&E, Labour & industrial acts. Exposure in MMRDA/ MSEB and allied departments for obtaining NOC/approvals/documentation etc. can be considered. Any Graduate within age group of 55 years. Retired persons can also apply.
