IT Consultant / Senior Consultant Management Consulting, 3 - 8 years exp, Delhi


About the Role:


The role is that of a Consultant/Senior Consultant based out of New Delhi.




Overall responsibilities/Job Description:

1. Role is that of leading projects on Delivery aspects, in terms of designing, augmenting and optimizing the IT-Business alignment model and IT operations of the Client Organizations.


2. Responsible for overall delivery execution to the clientele for the scope of work mentioned and agreed for the contract basis.


3. Developing and enabling IT strategy and IT branding for customers.


4. Preparing time bound/milestone based executive assessment summaries.


5. Authoring research support for white papers, thought leadership issues on Technology, IT Governance, IT Effectiveness and related topics.


6. New Business Development. Responsible for Business Development Activities for expanding the current customer base.


7. Creating and maintaining relevant MIS reports, sending out newsletters, documentation of standard operating procedures, updating intranet pages for the IT Advisory practice.


8. Continuously gather and disseminate research and insights from various sources to gain a comprehensive understanding of the marketplace, clients and industries.


9. Creating proposals and approach notes for clients describing the issues being faced in the current context and what will be the solution provided by the company.


10. Lead & manage projects in the practice, which includes writing reports, executive assessment summaries, conduct and analyze surveys, research on technology & business issues such as Infrastructure, IT Governance, OEM Specific Microsoft, SAP, Oracle etc.




11. Conducting research involving market research, market analysis, market trend, market insight, company profiling, SWOT analysis and competitor analysis.

Ideal Candidate:





1. First and foremost, the candidate shall not be a weak hearted person. For being working in a start-up and that too one which guarantees results, the candidate shall be willing to involve his/her own skin in the game. Thus, the candidate shall have a spine, more than decent fighting spirit, and a go-getter aptitude.


2. Shall be willing to work in all capacities, something start-ups are known for. Please dont apply if you are unwilling to negotiate pain and risk for the purpose of achieving growth.


3. Shall be tech-savvy and active on social media.


4. Shall have authored thought leadership articles, published research notes. At best, as a minimum shall have a flair of writing.


5. Shall have good knowledge on various IT Technologies like Microsoft, Virtualization.


6. Experience of SAP will be better, but is not mandatory.


7. Shall have good exposure on Networking skill, Security Products, Data Classifications,ISO 27001, IT Risk Management, IT Governance etc.


8. Shall be presentable, approachable, good listener and an effective communicator.


9. Shall be able to work within the value framework of the company whose core values are Integrity, Harmony, Creating Values and Transformation.


10. Shall be willing to travel majorly in NCR but at times out of NCR too.




11. Shall have Presentation skills and ability to represent the company in thought leadership events by representing the Organizations views and thoughts.
