2.Pre & Post sales Application Support 24/7 to develop and sustain effective Business relationships with clients to setup BioGenex brand
3.Applications training of BioGenex products on site/In house in a professional manner, Conduct Seminars/Webinars/Workshops on BioGenex brand
4.MARCOM through Website contribution, Brochures, Application Notes and Data sheets
5.Ensure any customer/ Market feedback is passed onto relevant teams and support appropriately to retain and build customer relationship
6.Effective and efficient demo at the customer site
7.To conduct instrument demo at the customer site
8.To attend the product complaints related to application support and support the house investigation of any product complaints
9.Imparting training to the distributers, FS, AS and IBD team members and the new joinees
10.To develop more understanding of competitor product
11.Support all instruments or reagent tenders by analyzing the required technical specification of products
12.More hands on to be performed on the instruments and convince the customer on technical specifications and features
13.Account management for each installations and regular feedback from the customer to enhance BioGenex business
