Job Profile:
The candidate will be reporting to the Audit Head
Ensuring completion of HSE Internal audits within Audit Plan timeframes and in accordance with Company's timelines.
Coordination with the site/location auditees and the co-sourced auditors for fixing audit schedule, scope of the audit , preparation of terms of reference and getting the same approved by sponsors
Discuss draft findings and draft report with Team Members/auditees to ensure factual accuracy and interpretation of audit results. Receive management comments from the auditees.
Carry out the work assigned within timelines and demonstrate an ability to lead discussions on important audit issues. Constantly interacting with HSE/Business Heads on audit issues for implementation
Custodian of all audit working papers and Risk and Control Matrices.
Assist to Company's Audit Head(HSE) in reporting on key areas of risks and on the status of risk remediation activities
Assist in preparation for the review meetings for the assigned areas
Continuously work towards building effective working relationship with the auditees and develop implementable solutions
