Should be a Engineering graduate with 10-15 years of experience in structures with exposure to formwork.
Good expereince & well conversant with structure construction in infrastructure projects, different formwork systems, planning of formwork materials, mobilization & de-mobilisation of formwork, costing of formwork, labour and material productivity, handling of formwork subcontractors, aware new formwork materials in the market, cost benefit analysis, repair of formwork and independently able to handle/ co-ordinate with multi sites with very good leadership skills and interpersonal relationship.
Experience to overseas projects will be an added advantage.
