"The investigating officer, who was supposed to file the chargesheet on Saturday, sought more time saying he is giving final touches. The officer told the court that he could file the chargesheet on November 6," said counsel of victim, Manish Vyas.
After this, the court extended the judicial custody of all accused including Asaram till November 6 to coincide it with the filing of chargesheet. All of them were produced in the court on Saturday after the court extended their judicial custody for one day on Friday.
Earlier, the police was supposed to file the chargesheet on Saturday as per their intimation to the court on Friday. Following this intimation, the court had extended the judicial custody of all the accused for one day to coincide it with chargesheet, but on Saturday, the police sought more time leading to another extension of the judicial custody.
