Should be a graduate with good communication skills and flair for providing World Class customer service,
candidates having an year experience (or fresher) working in technical trouble shooting process and who have excellent customer service skill/communication will be given added advantage
Should be ready to work in India Nights shifts supporting US customers and should be willing to make outbound and taking inbound calls
Remotely troubleshoot store issues gaining cooperation of store personnel to assist in problem diagnosis and first call resolution
Handle in-bound rollover calls from the Call Center in a professional manner in accordance with department Service Level Agreement
Contribute to special projects as directed by supervisory team
Contribute to team success by achieving individual performance metrics, thus contributing to team achieving team metrics
Manage personal individual performance records; provide monthly update on measures to direct supervisor
Demonstrate proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite of applications, specifically; Word, Excel, Access, Outlook
